Directions
- Set a large plate next to the stove.
- In a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook snow peas until blistered. Transfer.
- Sear tomatoes in oil until blackened, about 2 minutes.
- Cook onion, garlic, and spices, then blend cashews and boiling water to form a smooth paste.
- Stir everything together and simmer for 2 more minutes.
